Description:
Lakewood is a 2,000 acre development in Lee's Summit, Missouri on State Highway M-291, approximately two miles south of Interstate 70. The subdivision has two miles frontage on the highway and extends westward as far as Lee's Summit Road.
Lakewood will have a population of approximately 3,000 families when fully developed. It is a community of mostly single family homes, with about 200 multi-family units, in the higher and middle price ranges and offers amenities and associated with year round lake living. |
